French Cotton Jacquard

Sourced from a textile mill outside of Lyon, France, our Jacquard is a heavy-weight fabric that contours to the body. 

Jacquard is a nubby fabric that takes its name from the special loom on which it is woven. A jacquard loom creates color and pattern variations that can only otherwise be achieved through dyeing, which lacks the permanence of weaving. Each of these jacquards are woven with a primary color and secondary color, giving them a diverse tonal range: the turquoise contains hints of orange, for instance. It's perfect for those who are looking for a stain-hiding fabric. This is a more structured - not stretchy - fabric. Our Jacquard is breathable and appropriate for a range of climates.
